📋 Directions for Use

Directions: To judge strength begin with half of a tablet. As a dietary supplement, take one pill daily. It is not recommended to take more than 2 tablets in one day. If you take 2 tablets at once please work up to this dose. Although some may find the product too strong others may find that it is not strong enough. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
