Suggested Use: 1 capsule three times daily. For best results, use this product for at least 6 weeks.

Formulation Notes
Standardized to 0.3% Hypericins
A daily intake of St. John's wort standardized to 2.7 mg Hypericins may support a positive outlook and mood. This product is standardized to consistently supply 0.3% Hypericins. Benefits may be experienced within 4 to 6 weeks of initial use.
