Baby DHA+D3 can be easily added to baby formula or food. Suggested Use For Infants: Body weight Dose 5-10 lb 1.0 mL 11-20 lb 2.0 mL 21-25 lb 3.0 mL 26-30 lb 4.0 mL 31-35 lb 5.0 mL Use daily according to body weight, or as directed by your pediatrician. Can be administered directly or mixed with food or liquids. Shake well before using.
