Directions for Use

D-POL USAGE: Take 1 serving with a mixed food meal prior to intense exercise, preferably with a multivitamin/multimineral, which may aid in Vitamin D absorption. For optimal results, use in conjucntion with Muscle Marinade to aid in nutrient delivery and uptake.
