Directions for Use

1 serving 8-12 oz. 30 min. before workout Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Fighter Fuel into 8-12 ounces of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to exercise. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor. Fighter Fuel is extremely powerful; first time users should begin use with 1/2 scoop or less to assess tolerance.

For optimal results, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily.
