Suggested Use of Heavy Metal Cleanse(TM): For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule of Heavy Metal Cleanse 1 in the morning and 1 capsule of Heavy Metal Cleanse 2 at night. After 3 days, increase to 2 capsules each.
Directions: For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule each day in the evening on an empty stomach. After 3 days, take 2 capsules each day in the evening on an empty stomach. Please read accompanying literature.
