Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: BLEND Add 2 scoops to blender. Blend for 20 seconds, add ice and blend for extra 20 seconds. SHAKE Add 2 scoops to your shaker. Close and shake for 30 seconds. STIR Add 2 scoops to large glass. Stir for 20-30 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.
