📋 Directions for Use
RECOMMENDED USE: Start off with only one scoop in the morning mixed with 4-5 oz of water on your first day. Depending on your individual needs you can chose to increase to one scoop in the morning and one scoop in the afternoon. For extra energy or as pre-workout booster consume one scoop 30 minutes before exercising. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hour of sleep. For optimum effects do not take with meals.
