Suggested use: As a dietary supplement take one serving (1 capsule) daily 15 minutes prior to first meal. Consume plenty of water throughout the day when taking this product to stay well hydrated. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. It is recommended not to consume within 4 hours of bedtime.
