Recommended use: For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 ENERGIZE tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed more than 2 tablets (1 serving) in any 24-hour period.

Consult with your primary physician prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, thyroid problems, nervous disorders, or if you are using MAO inhibitors or taking any prescription drugs. Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
Each sustained-release tablet contains approx. 98 mg of caffeine. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine-containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.
