📋 Directions for Use

Suggested use Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of EAA with 8-16 fl. oz. of cold water and consume immediately. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) of EAA daily. For maximum effectiveness drink EAA 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. To test tolerance start by mixing 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) into same amount of water.
