Directions for Use

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) tablet in the afternoon for the first week. If after the first week the desired benefits are not achieved, then you may require a higher level of supplementation. Gradually increase the number of tablets up to eight (8) tablets in divided doses of two tablets (400 mg) throughout the day until benefits are achieved. Do not exceed eight (8) tablets daily.

Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, including antidepressants, or have any medical condition, including any mental health disorder, consult your doctor before use.

May cause gastrointestinal discomfort. If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. Important: Tamper evident seal under cap. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Do not eat freshness packet. Keep packet in bottle until all product has been consumed.
