Directions for Use

For more variety Try these delicious variations for more flavor: Add an ice cube Add 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder for chocolate flavor Add 2 strawberries and/or a few blueberries for taste

Suggested use: Adults take 1 tsp twice daily. Pour warm water over colostrum. Mix until smooth. Advanced use: Take 2 tsp twice a daily, 30-40 minutes before exercise and before bedtime. Children (6-12 years): 1 tsp daily mixed into food like applesauce or yogurt, or non-acidic juice.
