📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Usage: Add 1 level scoop of BCAA Big 6 to a glass or shaker cup filled with 14-16 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Stir or shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to ensure a good mix. Can be taken before, during, or after exercise.
