📋 Directions for Use

Recommended Use: For all-day energy and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 Energize tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed more than 2 tablets (1 serving) in any 24 hour period.

Consult with your primary physician prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, thyroid problems, nervous disorders, or if you are using MAO inhibitors or taking any prescription drugs.

Each sustained-release tablet contains 98 mg of caffeine. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine-containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.

Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
