What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

L-tyrosine and acetyl L-carnitine are included to support cognitive function, though evidence for their efficacy in weight loss is more limited. Together, these ingredients target energy expenditure and focus through moderate to strong research support.
