What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

L-Citrulline and Beta-Alanine have strong evidence for supporting athletic performance and endurance. NooGandha and PFBc are included for cognitive support, though research on these specific proprietary blends is more limited. The profile combines established ergogenic aids with targeted nootropics for focus.
