📋 Directions for Use

Directions for use: for use as a dietary supplement. Adults take 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 mid afternoon (with a glass of water). Can be taken with, or without food (if you are prone to reflux/heartburn, take with food). Do not take less than six hours prior to sleep. Important: drink a minimum of 8.5 cups (2 liters) of water each day (failure to do so can result in dehydration). To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule in the morning for 5 days, then increase to two capsules per day (experienced users can start on 2 capsules per day).
