What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula contains stimulants like caffeine and citrus aurantium, which have moderate evidence for increasing metabolic rate and alertness. Green tea extract and grains of paradise are included for potential thermogenic effects, though clinical evidence for these specific ingredients is more limited. The combination primarily targets energy levels and calorie expenditure through stimulant-driven pathways.
