What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula combines stimulants like caffeine and green tea extract with citrus aurantium and cayenne to support metabolic rate and energy levels. Moderate research suggests these ingredients may enhance thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Evidence for L-phenylalanine's role in weight management remains limited.
