Suggested Use: Take 1-3 capsules per day in the morning and/or afternoon, preferably after a light meal, 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training. Wait 8 hours between servings and do not consume more than two servings per 24-hour period. It is not recommended for use in the late evening as it may cause sleep disturbance.
