Suggested Use: Mix each serving (approx. 1 scoop) of BCAA Sport in 8 fl. oz. of cold water, juice or sports drink one to two times daily.
3 All day All-day recovery with hydration BCAA Sport should be consumed all day for ongoing muscle recovery and hydration to maximize your workout results.
