Directions for Use

Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement to help reduce stress, improve mood, promote rest, relaxation, and over-all well being take 1 to 2 servings (2-4 capsules) of Happy Dayz after work or in the evening prior to sleep. During times of higher levels of stress, exhaustion, and or irritability, take another 1-2 servings (2-4 capsules) on an empty stomach or with a light meal.

Warnings & Precautions

Do not exceed 4 servings or (8 capsules) in any 24 hour period.

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
