📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix one to two servings (1 to 2 scoops) in 8 to 12 ounces of water. (Amount of liquid can be adjusted based upon individual taste preferences.) Three servings may be used for an intense energy boost. Start with one serving (1 scoop) to assess tolerance. SNS Energized Aminos are versatile. Here are some examples of how it can be used but do not exceed 4 servings (4 scoops) per day. For an Amino Acid Energy Boost: Take 1 to 2 servings first thing in the morning &/or between meals as energy is desired. For pre-workout energy: Take 1 to 3 servings 20 to 30 minutes before training. For post-workout recovery: Take 1 to 2 servings immediately after training.
