What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Niacin and Vitamin B12 support energy metabolism, while choline contributes to cognitive function. There is strong evidence for these vitamins, though evidence for the proprietary performance and energy matrices is limited due to a lack of specific dosage data. The overall ingredient profile is considered safe.
