Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, use one (1) level scoop with 10 fl oz of water 2 times daily. For optimal use, use one (1) level scoop between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, during workouts, and/or immediately following workouts.

BCAA 2:1:1 provides 5 grams of Instaminos which are a rapidly dispersible form of the branched chain amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine delivered using the highly researched 2:1:1 ratio.
