Directions for Use

Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to use. Directions: Completely dissolve in mouth one (1) lozenge every 2 wakeful hours, not to exceed 8 lozenges per day (total: 150 mg zinc), or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Do not chew or swallow lozenge.

Warnings & Precautions

May cause nausea if taken on empty stomach. Acute daily doses in excess of 200 mg can cause gastrointestinal distress.

Caution: Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is taken daily for more than four weeks, 2 mg supplemental copper should also be taken to prevent copper deficiency.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children.
