This grass fed whey is undenatured and made by using a cold pasteurization process and cold filtered to only 72 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds, micro-filtration/ultra-filtration method that removes the unwanted lactose, cholesterol and fat. This grass fed whey protein isolate is sourced from US Dairy Farms for freshness and retains the immunoglobulins and lactoferrin as well as the important branch-chained amino acids.
