Directions for Use

Recommended Use: For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 Energize tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 8-hour period.
