We've provided 800 IU of Vitamin D3 (per adult serving) to support optimal calcium and Vitamin D3 as part of a healthful diet, along with physical activity, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis in later life.

Each chewable wafer is lightly sweetened with sucrose.
