📋 Directions for Use

RECOMMENDED USE: For all day energy and to relieve exhaustion, take 2 tablets, once or twice per day, always with a full glass of water and preferably on an empty stomach. For maximum energy, take 3 to 4 tablets 30 minutes before exercise or physical activity. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 8 hour period.
