Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: Mix one to two scoops of Cellucor COR-Performance(TM) Creatine in 8-10 oz. of juice, water or other beverage of choice, and consume 30 minutes prior to training, or in the morning on non-training days. (For maximum results) Begin with a loading phase of four servings per day for the first five days of product use. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE TIPS: Drink immediately after mixing as certain ingredients in Cellucor's COR-Performance(TM) Creatine may be prone to settling. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Mix Cellucor COR-Performance(TM) Creatine with juice or flavored sports beverage of choice. For maximum results, combine Cellucor COR-Performance(TM) Creatine with Cellucor C4 Extreme(TM) and/or Cellucor COR-Performance(TM) Whey Protein.
