Directions for Use

Directions: Mix one scoop with 16 oz. of cold water. For best results, use in a shaker bottle with ice. Consume 20 minutes before your workout. Do not consume more than two servings in a 24 hour period. For the ultimate pre-workout experience, this product can be combined with Natural Force Cordyceps Pro.
