📋 Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: Dissolve contents of 1 packet in 4 ounces of water, once a day, in the morning or at bedtime on an empty stomach (preferably 2 hours before mealtime or 2 hours after mealtime) for 5 days. Skip 2 days and repeat cycle. Continue use for 3 months, skip one month and begin cycle again.
