📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (2 capsule) with 6-8 ounces of water in the morning. An additional serving (2 capsules) may be added 5-6 hours later. Avoid taking 6 hours before bedtime and drink plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. For best results, use daily in combination with diet and exercise.
