Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Take 4 capsules with 16 oz of water twice a day. First thing in the morning and then again in the afternoon. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days. Not intended for extended use.
