Directions for Use

Usage: Adults: Take 4 tablets every day with a glass of water. Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes after your last meal, before working out. Use continuously for up to 4 weeks, followed by a 2-4 week off period. Combine with strength training program. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.
