DAILY DOSING CHART (chart) FOR MEN UP TO 200 LBS - 8 CAPLETS 4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch OVER 200 LBS - 10 CAPLETS 5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch FOR WOMEN UP TO 125 LBS - 4 CAPLETS 2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch OVER 125 LBS - 6 CAPLETS 3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch
