Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: Take two (2) scoops (9g) twice daily. On training days take one serving 30-60 minutes before your workout and a second serving at least two hours apart. Once a tolerance has been built both servings can be taken at once 30-60 minutes before your workout.

Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake.
