Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to use. DIRECTIONS: Take one (1) capsule upon waking and one (1) capsule before midday meal, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. DHEA serum blood tests are suggested 3 to 6 weeks after initiating DHEA supplementation to optimize individual needs. This supplement should be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise program.
