📋 Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) with 10 to 12 oz of water or your favorite liquid and shake or blend until dissolved. For best results, take one serving during the day and one serving following your workout. On non-training days, take two servings throughout the day. Hyper-Gro can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements.

{Blender} MIX WITH A BLENDER: Add one scoop of Hyper-Gro to a blender filled with 10 to 12 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20 – 30 seconds on medium setting. If desired, add ice cubes and blend for an additional 20 –30 seconds. {Shaker} USE A SHAKER: Utilize the convenience of a shaker cup to never miss a serving of Hyper-Gro. Just pour in 10 to 12 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage and then add one scoop to your shaker cup. Cover and shake for 25 – 30 seconds. {Cup} STIR WITH A SPOON: Hyper-Gro is instantized, and thus mixes easily. Just pour in 10 to 12 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage and then add one scoop to your cup. Stir with a spoon for 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Note: Adjust the thickness and flavor intensity of your Hyper-Gro shake by adding more or less water per serving. Hyper-Gro mixes well with water and other liquids like low-fat milk.
