📋 Directions for Use

1 Mix & drink Mix in a blender, shaker cup or water bottle with cold water for a delicious smoothie.

DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 heaping scoop in a blender, shaker cup or a water bottle with 11 oz. (325 ml) of cold water and drink with a meal once daily. Do not mix with fruit or juice. To assess individual tolerance, consume half a serving per day for up to three days, then follow the regular directions.
