DIRECTIONS and USE {Glass} 10-12 FL-OZ Mix 1 stick (25g) into 10-12 fl-oz water {1 stick packet} {Water Bottle} 20-24 FL-OZ Mix 2 sticks (50g) into 20-24 fl-oz water {2 stick packets} Begin 15 minutes prior to exercise. Drink 5 oz every 15 minutes.
