DIRECTIONS: Adults, using scoop provided, add two (2) scoops (30.4 g)(1 oz.) to 3/4-1 cup (6-8 fl.oz.)(178-237 mL) of ice cold water to supplement your diet with protein. Stir briskly until dissolved. For a creamier texture, use a blender and add ice.
