📋 Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: Adults, mix half a scoop to a smooth paste with a small amount of chilled water or juice (ideally orange, pineapple, grapefruit, cloudy apple or pear), then add more water or juice, stirring all the time until dissolved (approximately one minute) before drinking. May also be sprinkled directly onto yoghurt, muesli and cereals, savoury dishes or soup and stirred to blend. Take with or between meals (30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals), or before bed, or as your health professional advises.
