What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This formula contains stimulant laxatives like cascara sagrada and senna, which have strong evidence for inducing bowel movements. Peppermint and gentian are included to support digestive function, though evidence for their efficacy in colon support is more limited. The profile focuses on short-term relief of constipation through established botanical stimulants.
