📋 Directions for Use
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take for up to 8 weeks before discontinuing use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Take one serving (3 capsules) 60 to 90 minutes before training on an empty stomach to establish tolerance. After personal tolerance has been established, you can use the dosing chart on the right to optimize the product's effects: CONDITION DOSAGE Regardless of weight if used with Cellucor's 3 capsules C4 NO, or M5 (do not take with any other nitrate products). Body weight less than 160 lbs. 3 capsules Body weight between 161-180 lbs. 4 capsules Body weight between 181-200 lbs. 5 capsules Body weight greater than 201 lbs. 6 capsules
