How to Take Warrior Greens(TM) Start with 3 caps per day. Increase gradually to suggested usage of 18 to preferably 12 (or more) per day, either all at once or divided.
Take with fresh juice or purified water. Can also be sprinkled on or mixed with foods.
Intensive Usage: 18-36 or more capsules per day.
