📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Take 3 caplets in the morning and afternoon each time with food and 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. SLIMQUICK should be used with diet and exercise. Do not take SLIMQUICK within 5 hours of bedtime.

One serving of this product contains the amount of caffeine equivalent to two and a half cups of coffee. Do not combine with other caffeine containing sources such as coffee, tea or energy drinks. Caffeine sensitive individuals may experience the following symptoms including (but not limited to) nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, tremors, headache, palpitations, increased heart rate, or difficulty sleeping.
