Directions for Use

Directions: Take 3 caplets in the morning and afternoon each time with food and 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. SLIMQUICK should be used with diet and exercise. Do not take SLIMQUICK within 5 hours of bedtime.

One serving of this product contains the amount of caffeine equivalent to two and a half cups of coffee. Do not combine with other caffeine containing sources such as coffee, tea or energy drinks.
