Recommended dose: Adults: 2 capsules 1 time per day.

Contraindications Do not take with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications. Do not use if you are constipated, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not take if you suffer from a clotting disorder. Do not take if you have a history of stroke or severe depression.
