📋 Directions for Use

Take 2 capsules daily with 8oz of water on an empty stomach, one-hour before or two-hours after a meal, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. First time user may benefit from starting with one capsule per day for 1 week prior to moving to the full dose.
